Your Company Profile is the foundation of your IXL Core workspace. It defines how your organization’s name, logo, and information appear across modules such as Invoices, Reports, HR, and CRM.

You can update your company profile at any time from the Settings section.


🔧 Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Access Company Profile Settings

  1. Log in to your IXL Core account: https://app.ixlcore.com.

  2. From the top navigation bar, click on Settings ⚙️.

  3. In the left menu, select Organization Settings → Company Profile.


Step 2: Update Basic Information

Fill in your key company details under the General Information tab:

  • Company Name – Your legal or trading name.

  • Registration Number – Optional but recommended for formal documentation.

  • Contact Email and Phone Number – Displayed on invoices and reports.

  • Physical Address – Used for correspondence and report headers.

  • Website URL – Links clients to your company site.

Step 3: Upload Your Logo and Branding

  1. Under the Branding section, click Upload Logo.
