These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the IXL CORE platform operated by IXL Consultants. By accessing or using the system, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the platform.

1. About IXL CORE

IXL CORE is a cloud-based Business Operating System designed to help businesses manage operations including:

  • Customer relationship management (CRM)

  • Sales and invoicing

  • Accounting and financial records

  • Marketing automation

  • Project and operational management

  • Other integrated business tools

The platform is provided as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution.

2. Account Registration

To access IXL CORE, users may be required to create an account.

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate information during registration

  • Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials

  • Be responsible for all activities conducted under their account

IXL Consultants shall not be responsible for unauthorized access resulting from compromised user credentials.

3. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

  • Use the platform for unlawful activities

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system

  • Interfere with the system’s performance or security

  • Upload harmful or malicious software

  • Use the system in a way that may damage or disrupt other users

IXL Consultants reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.

4. Customer Data Ownership

All data entered into the IXL CORE platform by customers remains the property of the customer.

IXL Consultants does not claim ownership of customer business data.

However, by using the platform, customers grant IXL Consultants the right to process, store, and transmit data solely for the purpose of operating and improving the service.

5. Data Backup and Responsibility

While IXL CORE implements system backups and security measures, customers remain responsible for ensuring that their critical business data is properly backed up.

IXL Consultants shall not be liable for loss of data resulting from:

  • User error

  • Third-party integrations

  • External cyber incidents

  • Force majeure events

  • Infrastructure failures outside our control

6. Service Availability

IXL CORE aims to provide reliable and continuous service.

However, service interruptions may occur due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance

  • System upgrades

  • Infrastructure failures

  • Security incidents

  • Events beyond reasonable control

IXL Consultants does not guarantee uninterrupted system availability.

7. Subscription and Payments

Use of IXL CORE may require a paid subscription.

Customers agree that:

  • Subscription fees must be paid in accordance with the selected plan

  • Failure to pay may result in suspension of services

  • Continued non-payment may result in termination of access

IXL Consultants reserves the right to update pricing with reasonable notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the IXL CORE platform remain the exclusive property of IXL Consultants.

This includes:

  • Software code

  • System design

  • Branding

  • Features and functionality

Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the system without written permission.

9. Third-Party Integrations

IXL CORE may integrate with third-party services including payment gateways, messaging platforms, accounting tools, or other external systems.

IXL Consultants is not responsible for:

  • Service failures from third-party providers

  • Data inaccuracies from external integrations

  • Changes in third-party service availability

10. Limitation of Liability

IXL CORE is provided as a business management tool.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IXL Consultants shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits

  • Loss of business opportunities

  • Data loss

  • Financial losses arising from the use of the system

Users remain responsible for business decisions made using data generated by the system.

11. Account Suspension or Termination

IXL Consultants may suspend or terminate accounts if users:

  • Violate these Terms

  • Engage in fraudulent activities

  • Use the system in a way that threatens platform stability or security

12. Changes to Terms

IXL Consultants may update these Terms periodically.

Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where IXL Consultants operates.
